“The Reserve at Tontitown is great! I’ve lived here a little over a year now and haven’t had any troubles. It’s quiet, brand new, and right next to the highway for direct access into town. The property manager Sherry is always quick to respond to help, and goes above and beyond to make it feel like home. About once a month they have gatherings to play games or eat food, and meet other residents here.”

“The Reserve does a great job. So clean and green all the time, the building still looks brand new. My favorite amenity is probably the valet trash pickup. I’ve lived in so many places where you have to haul your trash down flights of stairs and heave it into an overfilled smelly dumpster, at The Reserve you can just set your trash outside your door and forget about it. Sherry and Taylor are always helpful and make themselves available and maintenance requests are always promptly handled, and when a problem is too much for maintenance the reserve seeks out some of the areas most reputable contractors and repair people. A lot of apartments claim to be pet friendly, but simply tolerate pets, but the reserve embraces and loves the animals that live on the property.”
